I'm Mo, the Director of Customer Success and I'm here to help you get the best from your account with us. I cannot stress the importance of this guide, and its contribution to your success enough.

The Member's Success Strategy Guide consists of four parts:

  1. Part I: The CommissionCrowd Prescription for Success:
    This part of the course is your compass to success. It's to be used throughout your journey with us and revisited for every sales opportunity you may have.

    Not only does it summarise all the lessons taught in following parts of the guide - it also highlights your current position for success via a quiz at the end of every milestone. As you go through the milestones, you'll get a much clearer picture of what you and you team should do to be successful.

    Please follow this to track your progress and to understand the actions you should take as your journey with us progresses; as well as where you could improve to be more successful.
  2. Part II: Getting your Sales Opportunity "Showcase Ready":
    This part of the course is designed for you to work through while you are creating your sales opportunity. Work on your sales opportunity as you complete each lecture to ensure you're providing as much detail as possible.

    This will also put us in a position to provide much more effective assistance should you require it. Please note that your sales opportunity being featured to our agent database, is your sales opportunity being "Showcase Ready".
  3. Part III: Connecting with Agents:
    This section is designed to get you familiar with the platform and how to use it to connect with independent sales agents.
  4. Part IV: The Sales Recruiting Playbook (Videos and Template Summary):
    This section is presented by Jessica Magoch our Director of Agent Recruitment and Success; and multiple award winning Sales Trainer and Coach. She goes into detail into everything you need to prepare for in the recruitment process.

    A large portion (if not the majority) of the Prescription for Success relates to the information in this particular chapter; as this section comprises the ongoing work required from you and team in order to be, and stay successful.

Best Practice for Using the Guide Through your Journey:

For many of you, this is something new you're trying out. If this is the case for you, then reality is you'll definitely need guidance. Please don't make the mistake of assuming you won't.

I'm not saying that you'll find it difficult to connect with agents. What you don't want to happen is agents waiting on what the next steps are, due to you not being too sure yourself (as that doesn't reflect well on you).

To retain a great partnership, an agent needs to feel confidence and excited about your company and sales opportunity. To successfully do this, solid foundations must be built to attract and retain commission only agents.

The process building is straightforward, but the work required of you is inevitable to your success. Please follow this approach towards using the Guide to ensure you get all bases covered throughout your journey:

  1. Start with Part II of the guide first to get the first draft of your sales opportunity complete. Please ensure this is complete before moving onto the next step.
  2. Watch Part III of the guide to familiarise yourself with the platform and the initial connection process.
  3. Watch Part IV of the guide.

    NOTE: All elements of the template are thoroughly elaborated on in the milestones and will assist you in putting theory into practice.
  4. Contact us: we need to review your sales opportunity to determine you as "Showcase Ready".

    NOTE: a prerequisite to your sales opportunity being featured to our agent database, is your sales opportunity being "Showcase Ready".
  5. Work through the milestones, noting your quiz scores as you go along (you can create a folder for the screenshots).

    The quizzes aren't graded, the results will highlight what you're doing and where you might be falling short in preparation at any instance in time.
  6. Use the milestones and quiz results to determine any adjustments your team must make in your recruitment process.

    Redo the quiz after making any adjustments to your recruitment process to ensure you're moving in the right direction.
  7. Use recommended resources to aid your chances of success when you can as you go through your milestones.
  8. Continue to use the milestones to keep your recruitment process health and current.
